The doctors are members of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society, along with the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Equilibration Society.

Both Dr. Artrip and Dr. Oliva average over 100 hours of continuing education each year. Both doctors have completed the Master Dentist curriculum at the esteemed L. D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida. The doctors belong to the Implement Periodontal and Restorative Study Club and to a study group that meets twice yearly in Cleveland, Ohio. Both attend numerous presentations, courses, and seminars on varying dental topics each year.
